Pros
-Great insurance -Under New Management who wants to make employees quality of life/work better -They listen to suggestions -HR and Supervisors are helpful and work with you -Vacation time, PTO and a bunch of different methods of attendance just for working -Attendance Bonuses -Constantly buying dinners for everyone and making people feel appreciated -Pay increases very quickly, hit top out of 17 within a year.
Cons
-Some of the jobs are fast paced -Repetitive work depending on the area your at -There is no more weekend shift, so there's only 3rd or 1st
