Out of touch with the customers. Unreasonable staffing expectations, over priced poor quality and repetitve designs with no originality and very little use of natural fibres, constant misleading deals sent via text messages and emails, little respect and understanding of the difference between city and regional stores

Staff discount was the only good thing at 60%

They didn't care about staff They only cared about profits of sales Cheap crappy clothing when noni b took over Loaded to much of the same stock in all their stores (different brands) Didn't listen to feed back about the stock
