      The company does not have fair performance evaluation criteria. Employee favoritism is an accepted fact of the company. Promotions are given based on the nationality. Not a good place to work for expats, some expats already left the company.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
