      SON team desperate to keep team members.

      Cons

      The business health is not great. Company tries to cut cost by developing out of India and keep US team to bare minimum. But Bangalore team is pleasant to work with, and time difference works well with PT.x

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
