Pros
Very professional, trusting, easy to get along with management. High priority on work-life balance; flexible hours. Importance of results stressed, not individuals' way of working. No micromanaging; it was assumed that each person would contribute to the company's success in his or her own way.
Cons
Some people don't contribute to the best of their ability- this sometimes seemed to be overlooked by management. Some important areas were not keeping up with the capabilities and needs of the market, and caused slow response to consumers' demands for up to date products.
