      Relaxing working environment , benefit and pay are ok compared with companies alike. Free latest phones with service

      Work is not very challenge. Personal Growth is more or less limited

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
