      Flexible time Lots of activities to have work-life balance (ex. family day, sports club, mountaineering) Huge health benefits Excellent social culture Huge potential for career growth

      Hard to have promotion small annual bonus (depends on company's performance) HR removed the leisure activites with in the office such as XBOX, watching tvs high attrition rate

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
