Pros
1. Good work culture, emphasis on work-life balance 2. Work: Pay ratio is good. Fairly good benefits as well. 3. Participative style of management in most teams; one can always voice their opinions. This has also resulted in slower decision making in some cases though.
Cons
1. Depends on the team, but work is not too technical at least in Bangalore. 2. Too many people are in a comfort zone in the company. 3. Future is uncertain; depends a lot on the success of nokia windows phones.
