      -Highly competitive salary, benefits, 401k, etc -Fast based environment, with the ability to make your own decisions -Unlimited access to some of the best mobile devices and services around the world -Travel opportunities

      -Many projects to be managed at once, which can lead to long days, weekend working, and easily getting burnt out. -Continual management changes and reorgs

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
