      its a big brand name that is well regarded in the telecom industry. free phones are a big perk here

      there is always something going on several restructurings have happened company is quite unstable future is sort of bleak in North America

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
