Pros
Company in a very fast moving/changing industry. Senior management understands this well and reacts to it well. Company is definitely on the way up!
Cons
Industry moves too fast. Unfortunately not every employee reacts well that. Some still live in the old glory days. Some great staff left to join competitors leaving the old guards. Also, way too much re-orgs!
