Pros
Nokia is a fair employer, very human company. The position was challenging and exciting in the first years. There is a good work/life balance and overall package is good. I liked that the employees and the management are respectfully communicating. Nice scandinavian culture.
Cons
Towards the end of my employment there wasn't enough work to do, then the company made me redundant after long years, along with thousand others worldwide.
