very easy to get fired if client does not like you, they are above average in placing people if they lose a contract but if it is just something about you that the client notices it seems to me that Noblis will not work hard to place you elsewhere particularly if your salary is high. So it's kind of nerve racking if you end up with a client who complains a lot or is just out to lunch.
