Low learning/ growing opportunities. Made awkward career roadmap for new grads. There are 8 career band levels from CB1 to CB8, with new grad starting from CB1. But they added minor tech levels (CB1.1, CB1.2, CB1.3, CB2.1, CB2.2, CB2.3) only for the CB1 and CB2 levels. This means you’ll need to spend at least 3 Perf cycles and got promoted every time in order to get to the next level.
