Pros
If you fit in, it's very comfortable with good benefits. Employees are appreciated as individuals. My manager accommodates whatever style each employee seems to need.
Cons
Not much sharing between groups. Fairly easy to get into a rut. Significant resistance to change. There are some people who have been here a long time and are able to protect their comfort zones.
