Employee of the Month, everyone nominates a person and can say a few nice words.. its great hearing what your colleagues have to say and I think it brings a good sense of morale.
Weekly recap on friday afternoons with beer and wine, adds a casual atmosphere and is a good way to end the week.
Cons
Micro managing from 2 specific people. We had daily meetings to discuss the numbers and plans for the day, this was very repetitive and all information needed can be found through our CRM system.
One of the managers has been there for years and does not spend time knowing the ins and outs of the company (i.e specific tasks that have deadlines and if a person is out that day.. this manager literally does not know what to do)
