Pros
Some of the employees are really great people stuck in a thankless positions while trying to provide for their families.
Cons
Noble Supply and Logistics is a company that severely lacks leadership and direction. The CEO is nothing short of a narcissist—self-centered, egotistical, and detached from the reality of the organization’s needs. There’s a clear disconnect between leadership and the rest of the team, which leads to confusion and frustration at every level. The company’s vendor payment practices are abysmal. If you’re a vendor or supplier, be prepared for constant delays, missed payments, and a lack of transparency. This creates unnecessary stress for external partners who depend on timely payments to keep their operations running smoothly. Speaking of management, there is zero accountability. Senior leadership engages in constant micromanagement, creating an environment where innovation and autonomy are stifled. Instead of focusing on growing the business and empowering employees, they spend their time overseeing every small detail, which only exacerbates the toxic work culture. And if you're not already frustrated enough, the constant layoffs are another red flag. Employees are often left wondering if they’re the next ones on the chopping block, and the company’s lack of job security makes it hard to feel safe or valued. Overall, I would advise against working for or partnering with Noble Supply and Logistics if you value your career, mental health, and financial stability. The toxic leadership, poor vendor payment practices, and lack of accountability make it a company to avoid.
