      Pros

      1. Culture is good. 2. No work pressure will allow you to give 100%. 3. Good compensation money wise. 4. Brilliant founding management team | they have a vision that drives the company. 5. Freedom of work and decision in the project-related activity. Your manager or a team lead will not poke you multiple times in a day to get the status, but your efforts will also not get noticed(sad part).

      Cons

      1. Need to work on company infrastructure. 2. Management needs to be improved(Director level). 3. Hard work of some employees will never get appreciated by the director(project specific). 4.They even demotivates engineers, noticed it many times. (project-specific). 5. Unrealistic expectation from the engineer.

      warm, engaging, smart, have chance for personal growth, direct interaction with clients

      Cons

      being small company, do not provide many benefits as other IT companies

      Pros

      * You can interact easily with the management. * Management will listen to you. * HR and Admin teams are supportive and understand your concerns. * You will get a chance to work on challenging projects.

      Cons

      * Honestly not much, just we can focus more on employee's aspirations and work more towards aligning them. * You may be asked to work on multiple projects, well that is a good opportunity to learn but can leave you in more stressful situations if things are not managed well.
