Global exposure, starting salary ( while the increment is low and you will never get 100% of ur bonus )
Cons
The company has no process or standard at all, no system . The management doesn’t know what they r doing , no one in the company knows how to lead or to grow people . High turnover right . Low salary increment and low bonus. Senior executives really enjoy their titles and none of them cares about business now
