NinjaOne is providing comprehensive endpoint management solution and has the potential to become one of the key players in the space. Working here is very impactful and rewarding.

Not really a con, but there are challenges related to the fast growth of the company, which need to be addressed, and are in the process of being addressed.

There are so many pros, so I'll keep it short and brief for each point: - Competitive salary - Excellent growth opportunities (I see promotion announced very often) - Incredible culture; Everyone is very nice and welcoming - Hybrid/Remote (Role-dependent) - Unlimited PTO - Comped lunches

- No 401K matching - That's all I can think of honestly
