Pros

I've been at NinjaOne for 8 months and I'm very happy to be here, it's a young environment, wonderful colleagues from all over the world and the work is truly stimulating. Compared to the companies I have worked in, here you are not a number, I found support from colleagues and my superiors, very kind, always available and ready to help me. I had problems with my not very fluent English first and then health problems and they patiently helped me and put up with me. The salary is among the highest in this sector and I am very happy to be part of this big family!

Cons

sometimes the coffee machine is acting up

Pros

Strong culture with talented people who genuinely care about customers and product quality. Remote-first environment provides flexibility, leadership is generally approachable, and employees have opportunities to influence products that directly impact customers. The company continues to grow and invest in engineering, creating opportunities for career development.

Cons

Rapid growth and frequent changes in business priorities can create challenges with planning and execution. Customer escalations and urgent initiatives sometimes disrupt roadmap commitments, leading to context switching and shifting expectations. As the organization scales, communication and alignment between teams can occasionally become difficult.

Pros

Great company culture, strong leadership, and incredible teammates. NinjaOne offers plenty of opportunities for professional growth while maintaining a collaborative and supportive work environment. I'm proud to be part of a company that values its employees and is committed to delivering exceptional results for customers.

Cons

The rapid growth and fast-paced environment can sometimes lead to shifting priorities and evolving processes. Employees need to be comfortable with change and ambiguity. That said, these challenges are typical of a high-growth company and also create opportunities for learning and career.
