Salaries are really competitive in this company. The opportunity to work with highly trained engineers and improve your technical skills very quickly. The possibility of having a high impact with your work. If you do a good job you will be recognized and rewarded. Everyone is a product manager, this means that any employee can contribute through his ideas for the improvement of the product. The company culture is very healthy and any problem or concern can be easily resolved. The company is very transparent in its decisions and we are all involved in the processes.

Cons

I cannot identify any disadvantage in 4 years that I have been here.
