You are asked to give performance reviews to peers but this is used as a political tool for those trying to compete for attention from the COO and CTO. Very difficult to integrate into the clique that have in the organisation who have been there many years as well as those newer pandering to management. People will do whatever it takes to protect their fiefdoms. The CTO is talented but very blinded to favouritism. The COO has amazing vision but needs to pay attention to getting the basics right.
