Pros

I haven't worked here. This is just my experience of interview.

Cons

The interviewers asked me questions as if they were trying to learn how I work in my current company and what are the processes over there! Literally! I am the Business Analyst, they asked me how do I write document things and everything. The question they asked me was: Consider the client wants to build an application from where user can order shippers to move their shipments from one place to another. What would be the questions you would ask to the client? Now as I started imagining questions I would want to learn answers to, the interviewer (who was acting as the client) answered to everything saying - "Thats okay, we know how we are going handle!" It was as if he had all the things in his mind, but he should understand I was new to the application and hence I was asking questions! They (interviewers) didn't want to hire me as an employee. I could literally see it from the start on their face. But anyways, I gave the interview. It was a learning experience. Not for me, for the interviewers! :D

Thank you for coming to an interview Mr (We wouldn't write your name here to protect your privacy). I am sorry that you felt that the interview was fake, but it wasn't fake. Frankly, we hired two BA after your interview was conducted. The questions we asked in your interview were the ones which are very crucial for us, as we need to see if someone could take the stress and align with how we work. That's all. But, I am sorry and I apologize for the inconvenience we might have caused you. Take care. All the best.

Pros

Good exposure to mobile app, SaaS, and web projects across multiple industries. Friendly and supportive colleagues; team culture was collaborative. Management gave opportunities to learn new tools and technologies. UI/UX designers were involved in real client discussions and product thinking. Flexible environment for employees who take ownership of their work.

Cons

Project flow depended heavily on incoming client business. Sometimes deadlines became tight during multiple parallel deliveries. Processes could be improved further for scaling larger teams. Career growth structure was not always clearly defined. Recent market slowdown affected project pipeline and resulted in layoffs.
