At Nimble, I've been taught various skills that already have, and will continue, to further my marketing career. It's a phenomenal learning experience if you are looking to polish up on your preexisting skills, or gain new ones! Because of the size of Nimble, you will likely find yourself feeling like a close-knit family. This makes teamwork a breeze, and everyone works together so seamlessly because of it.

This is not necessarily a con, but you will find yourself wearing a lot of hats. Personally, I enjoy it because it's allowed me to grow in various areas, and not just in marketing.

I came to Nimble as young blood in the tech industry with a background in customer support at a large corporation. The management at Nimble empowered me to have the opportunities to expand my support & management skills, as well as personal support to allow me to learn more about Product & Marketing, two areas of personal interest. I have learned more in 3 years at Nimble than at any other employer due to the size and positive environment this company provides. List of Pros: - Laid-back office with respect for personal work-life balance. If something comes up and you need to take time off, you will not be guilted into staying at work. You will be held accountable if this delays important work, but you will always have the benefit of the doubt from the team at Nimble. - Endless opportunities for personal growth in your career.
