Pros
Being part of a smaller company means that individual contributions really make a difference. I've had the opportunity to work in multiple departments before advancing to Product Support, and with each step up, I've found the work more rewarding. While data entry was a bit monotonous, the flexibility of working from home was a definite perk. Now, as a Product Support Specialist, I feel like I’m making a real impact by building relationships with customers and advocating for their needs within my team.
Cons
I truly believe the company has great potential and is on the path to big success, but at the moment, the pay isn't as competitive as I’d like. Working from home is a huge benefit, but I’m at a stage in my life where I need a higher salary than what the company can currently offer—at least until it grows.
