Overall, this is a GREAT company with an attractive compensation and benefits package. The senior management team works hard and devote a lot of revenue and time into creating an inclusive and diverse environment. Management and staff members care about their teams and strive toward greater process improvements. The company is very generous with vacation and personal time off, incentive packages, and ideas and suggestions for an overall improved work environment.
