While there are great people, and management brags about having no lay offs, the same management will happily drive employees away through insufficient compensation or mismanagement. Many employees make *less* the longer they work due to regular 'merit' increases consistently being below inflation rate.
The product strategy, and its relationship with technical work, is profoundly dysfunctional. If in a technical role, expect to be micro-managed purely to justify management's existence.
If you have a blocking IT issue, don't expect it to get fixed until the issue gets escalated to someone who's a 'Director' or higher.
