Not a Nice place to work since Nice purchase, High turnovers some original Nexidia management needs replaced time for new faces and ideas, Sales team is a HOT MESS due to poor management and high turnover avoid at all cost! 4 people have jumped ship in the past 90 days due to poor management after yrs with company. Good pay at first but then no raises or career growth, you will be working 60-70 hr weeks, Can’t keep HR managers on their 4th in last 7 yrs, Very hard now to get anything done or answers with Nice running the show allot of what was winning about Nexidia has lost its shine.
