Pros
NICE is an international company, with a big cultural diversity. The products they sell are overall pretty good and innovative, and receive a lot of praise within the market.
Cons
There is a very high focus on quarterly results. This often results in rush-jobs, high workload, burned-out people, which again leads to a high turnover. Customers are complaining about this, and the lack of attention they get. There's a lot of focus on selling things, but once the sale is done the focus quickly dwindles.
