      Nothing, literally nothing good will come out of your career if you join here

      Where do we start? 1. Two years no hike. 2. Below average salary 3. No career progression 4. Everything is in old tech stack 5. Management is worst, all the incompetent people from Wolters Kluwer are dumped here. They join, become managers, and you end up mopping their failures. 6. Every quarter they will give you a t shirt so your wardrobe is colourful and filled with synthetic junk / collar less tshirts. 7. Promotion is based out of favouritism. 8. For women, if you dress badly, you are sure to get promoted. 9. Buying certificate like great place to work or best for women employees. Nothing is genuine here anymore. 10. No work life balance, management makes you work talking about maturity and stuffs, so they get promoted for your mopping their failed ideas

      Pros

      NiCE is not only in great financial shape, but also its culture of innovation and inclusion is fantastic. NiCE keeps growing and investing in their employees. There are plenty of opportunities for growth. It is refreshing to see a company that is able to recognize their employees, not only financially with a good salary and benefits, but also in training and recognition. It is also very exciting to see that NiCE is at the core of all the AI innovations, so if you like cutting edge technologies, this is the right place to be! There is always something to learn!

      As the company grows organically and through acquisitions, there are potential challenges of miscommunication or unnecessary processes that are expected for any company at this stage
