      Pros

      On time salary Hybrid work model Average work life balance Good infrastructure NiCE as overall is a good company to work except some verticals.

      Cons

      Poor management Old people driving with no outlook Premier in Actimize vertical is the worst of the worsts. Managers are third grade who are the rudest. Very slow growth. They have been building product since 3+ years. No or little bonus. Hike cancelled for 2025.

      Pros

      NiCE is not only in great financial shape, but also its culture of innovation and inclusion is fantastic. NiCE keeps growing and investing in their employees. There are plenty of opportunities for growth. It is refreshing to see a company that is able to recognize their employees, not only financially with a good salary and benefits, but also in training and recognition. It is also very exciting to see that NiCE is at the core of all the AI innovations, so if you like cutting edge technologies, this is the right place to be! There is always something to learn!

      As the company grows organically and through acquisitions, there are potential challenges of miscommunication or unnecessary processes that are expected for any company at this stage
