Needs a 401K or a way to help employees save for the future, other than that, I have found no cons.

Pros
Executive management is top notch, caring, generous and works hard to provide the best possible company for their employees to work for. Their heart is their company and it shows!
Cons
Health Benefits are corporate owner responsibility (Worley Claims) and needs some work but at least there are health benefits - a retirement plan would be great currently there are not retirement benefits
