Pros
I really bought into the company values, and goals when I was at Nextiva. I felt Tomas had a really clear picture of what the company was trying to achieve, and (for the first time) I saw that trickle down and drive what we were all doing in our day to day. It didn't just feel like lip service or empty words. The perks were really good, it's not much, but free food really makes my life less hassle, and I really enjoyed all the company events. Things moved really quickly, and it kept me interested. At Nextiva, our team was turning things around much faster than I ever thought possible, we had a great culture and thrived on getting things done.
Cons
A good thing about working here is that everyone’s opinions are sought after and considered - great for feeling included, bad for making decisions quickly as often a lot of good options and hard to determine the best path.
