Pros
The company used to be great awhile ago. Quarterly outings, fun office vibe, great health benefits, take as much time off as you need, work from home, and more. The health benefits and leave policy are the same. So that's good.
Cons
Contrary to what the person below me said, this company is definitely not growing. The company is in a financial nightmare, which has led to extremely poor employee morale. In the past year, half of the company has been laid off and more lay offs are to come.
