Pros

Sometimes snacks available in lunch room; depending on your level of favoritism there is a year end bonus just depends what percentage you get. Turn around rate is extremely high so if you are looking for a job there will always be one open. Company is growing.

Cons

No training provided except to read through outdated documents. Follow company procedures and if ur favored ur good- not favored ur screwed. People are in jobs they don’t want to be doing. Every week someone new is threatening to quit. High turn over rate unless they counter the offer then it’s the same story a few months later. Clients complain about the product a lot but hey you can only provide so much to ur huge clientele when u utilize a revolving door strategy. Client relations department doesn’t exist. with having a severely understaffed call center I hope no clients expect to get actual assistance (I have listened to support staff lie about what the problem is just to get off the phone). Oh and the salary they offered you? That’s not for 40 hours a week. That’s for 50-70 hours a week so make sure u aren’t getting paid minimum wage when offered a salary

Pros

Mid size company with a small company feel. Great leadership and close, friendly work environment.

Cons

At times employees can be tasked with a workload that is too much with no help from leadership.

Pros

Some great co-workers to work with There's a Ping-Pong table, Foosball table and a Table Hockey machine!

Cons

Some not-so-great co-workers to work with in positions of power No work-life balance Favoritism runs rampant, creating a hostile working environment Managers referring to employees AND clients as stupid Human Resources either powerless or useless to listen and act upon warnings or complaints from employees Short sighted mentality of the long term picture (probably solved now that they are swallowed up by a big fish) Hardware given to clients is outdated and underpowered Resources available to employees is generations behind the current trend Leadership is more interested on playing Foosball, Ping-Pong or Table Hockey than reaching out to find out how to improve employee satisfaction.
