Pros
We got to test out the virtual/ghost kitchen food every so often.
Cons
To start, I applied for an SDR job that set an expectation where I'd be reaching out/following leads to set meetings for Account Execs to seal the deal. However, once I started going through training, I wasn't even learning about the product from the job listing! It was something completely different that I then had to sell myself. Soon after, I was introduced to the product I was originally hired for and told I was going to do be doing both jobs essentially.
This was my first time in sales so I was still building up the confidence for this role, and felt good about it given the expected responsibilities. Little did I know they were being dishonest about the role.
