We want to address the points you raised directly: • Career Growth and Technology: We understand your frustration regarding the assignment to the platform we support during implementations and the feeling that the work was primarily centered on legacy maintenance, which may limit exposure to cutting-edge technologies. • Remote Work Policy: We regret the impact the shift to a hybrid model had on your employment expectations. The decision to adjust our working model was a necessary response to evolving business needs for greater cross-functional collaboration. We have shored up communications to ensure new hires are clear about in-office, hybrid work expectations. • Reduction in Force (RIF) Timing: We understand the profound emotional impact that a RIF, particularly one timed ahead of the holidays, has on employees.
