Pros
In most positions you've got a lot of freedom to perform tasks however you want; management tends to be loose enough where just about everybody has quite a bit of freedom. The company solves hard problems and executives (at least recently) are open to hearing new ideas and approaches. The company has made an effort in the past year to be more open about resolving historical morale problems, which seem to be pretty well enumerated in older reviews on Glassdoor.
The market Next IT works in is rapidly expanding, and because the company is so small a single person can make a significant impact.
People generally seem to like each other (at least when they're working in the same department).
Lax dress code, flexibility in working from home or working odd hours, tons of PTO if you stick around for 5+ years.
Cons
There are a few solid managers, but most people don't have strong leaders or mentors
Lots of variability in pay/job satisfaction/career path/team cohesion across the company
Lack of structure - if you're not ambitious, no one is going to push you along
