      Pros

      I decided to join the Next Gen team because I was looking for a work place that provided a nurturing environment! I love working with and giving guidance to little ones alongside my coworkers. I've also seen first hand after being here, that nature based learning is very beneficial for the students! Thanks for taking such good care of the kiddos and employees Next Gen❤️

      It's a fast paced job, but that is a part of it!
