Management does not care about their personnel at all. Targets are super unrealistic and impossible to achieve = no bonuses, ever. Salaries are poor and impossible to raise because management keep saying they are competitive, even though they are not. People are being let go without a care and then hired back in a few months when the company has managed to raise more money. I have no idea how they manage to sell this to the investors. Junior employees are not given any chance to advance in their careers, even though there are people with very little experience in the senior levels. It is definitely not a meritocracy.
