Not employee friendly. Rules and regulations changes frequently. No trust on employees. Lesser projects. Initially you get no idea about the management but after few months you will know what's happening. They try to gather every bit of information about you and whenever they feel like you're exposing them they will introduce new rules. Even your social media handles are also monitored. And they always thinks employees are not working.
