Pros

I joined Nexa with little confidence in my ability to succeed in my role. I still remember the Managing Director words when he said, I believe in you. With us, you just need to be honest, loyal, and a hard worker, He hired me for my character only. Then, I found on my way the best manager ever, The support I received was unbelievable. I don't know if I could ever give that much time and effort to a team member under my team, but he did, he was an open book for me and fully supportive. It's a friendly and supportive workplace. Management is easy to talk to, and the flexible hours show they understand what people need. The team feels like a family; everyone is appreciated, honest, and trustworthy. The empowering culture is amazing. To succeed at Nexa, you just need to be honest, show a willingness to learn, and work hard, you'll be rewarded for it. The experience was amazing, working with diverse industries and gaining significant knowledge. The expertise of my colleagues was truly impressive and readily shared. All you need is always ask and a passion for learning. I wish I'd had the chance to stay longer, at least two more years, for a total of four. It was a great two years, and I'm very happy with my journey.

Cons

Nothing special, the usual workplace challenges you'd find anywhere.

Pros

I’ve been with Nexa for over a year as an account manager in the digital marketing team. What stands out most is the supportive and collaborative culture, with a leadership team that’s approachable and always open to ideas. The agency also has strong systems and SOPs in place, which help keep workflows organised and efficient. There’s also a natural culture of continuous learning that comes through collaboration and hands-on experience. Another key strength is Nexa’s fully in-house service model, which allows teams to work closely together and maintain high standards across client projects. Lastly, and my personal favourite, is the office location by the lake, absolute views

Cons

Nothing on this side, an overall positive agency work experience
