Cons

1-will make you work like slaves, not overexaggerating, they ask 2 Full complete models per day, does not matter the complexity of model. they want complete model done, plus textured plus optimized within one day, and do not worry, revisions of previous models will always be there, around two models or more each day plus 2 model completely modeled. There are no breakdowns in process the review will come in very end when you're done with texturing, modeling and optimizing, and then they could ask you to revise something which might require for you to remodel from scratch and then texture and optimize all over again, but according to them its just a small revision and they expect it to be done within half an hour, trust me they'll mention that. 2- Assets would keep coming and it'll pile up very soon, And in review they'll look each and every minor detail to be exactly like photograph reference, even wrinkles , so you would even need to mimic wrinkles or folds and you are not getting any blueprint of model so you cannot just place it as a reference as mimic that, the photos you'll be getting is highly photoshoped, so the proportions are just a wonder to watch really. and bear in mind you have to do it in one day, not even one day because there are 2 models plus revisions - Timing is way off its not IST time zone but the thing that is very awfully amazing is you will be working in EDT plus IST Because Most of the employees are from india, so you might get revisions or task at end of your shift, but the catch is they'll ask you to do it the very same day, so you'll basically be working around 10pm to 3-4am IST. the so called seniors or heads will contact you at midnight about your progress, so there is no way out, Except resignation of course. they'll ask you to work on weekends also, they'll ask it blatantly without any hesitation. 3- micro-managements at its best, first whatever assigned task you complete you need to share that in team group as well as excel sheet. then they'll ask you to share your screen and verify your progress in daily check in. then they'll even go as far as to tell you to work on weekend or midnight (which is technically 2-3 am or beyond according to IST ), and also you need to stay online otherwise they get paranoid. 4 -there is no policies or clarity on anything. no leave policy, no benefits, no insurances, when I asked about the leaves, they said, you have to take approval 1 month prior. and if emergency share medical receipt the same morning. so forget about flexible leaves, i mean you can take leaves by lying, but I'm only talking about official stuff. 5- I'd have said the pay is quite descent but no that also has its glamour. they're changing policies on a fly, no matter what you signed in contract now they've decided to pay you according to per model basis. so its 15 usd per model ,again complexity does not matter there would be 2-3 usd difference for complex models hardly. they gave a threshold that 15 model should be done at a minimum, but guess what, you do the math, the amount or salary per month will round up to 25-30K in INR. and trust me in JD they mentioned requirement for 5+ years experience, so most of the people i worked with were 7-9 years average and they decide to pay you this much, They can get lot worse, they are just evolving slowly. now if you work day and night then you might be able to barely come close to 15 assets, the catch is the models are distributed or assigned randomly so you might be very lucky to get all simple models otherwise all complex models or mixbag. i mean you can work on fiverr or sell models on turbosquid to get more money because here you are paid once there atleast there is probability to get your model bought more then once, obviously its not easy there to sell, but this is just an example . Final Verdict They're fooling clients what my guess is, Hiring a lot of 3D Artist , from india specially, i mean go and check their linkedin to see the stats , asking to complete two models one day so you do the math in my knowledge or in my team there are people in 30s (Amount) so 30 people * 2 models = 60 models , 60model * 30 days = 1800, model each month and there is no transparency so i do not know how many total people are there in other teams, i'm talking about only 3D Artist here, they might have said that they have AI or something which creates the model to fool clients. In my knowledge none of the artist i know had any support from AI. Its not hard to make sense out of their pattern, why they're hiring large amount of people from india, because people out there would not work like this, but if they even do they'll charge crazy. So Yeah don't let me stop you from thinking otherwise, read all the reviews ask previous people who left and current people who left, But if i had to give you an advise, there are lot of bad companies out there, do not let this one become the worst one of yours.

Pros

The customer support team and development team are good people.

Cons

The CEO is one of the worst people I've ever worked with. He fires people who disagree with him and says offensive things about customers and employees. They make broken promises to salespeople, set unrealistic goals and then change them. They also don't pay as promised in the interviews. They hired a great manager and let him go because he supported our team. They also had data leaks and told us to cover it up to customers.
