      Pros

      Salary and benefits are good. Pension plus 401(k) match are nice.

      Cons

      People, now called “talent” so they don’t have to be viewed as human, are treaded very poorly. The company has been restructuring for several years with no end in sight - and now official layoffs. (Though in the last round, 75+ people were let go despite the claim that there were no layoffs.)

      Generally good people. Pay and benefits are decent

      Cons

      Management keeps taking away employee perks and seems to only want to hoard more of the wealth, Record gold prices yet we continue to have cuts and had multiple waves of layoffs... disgusting. No upward mobility
