Constant blame shifting, always looking to 'cut heads' when something goes wrong. Useless training for managers and supervisors that is never followed up on. Major safety issues swept under the rug to keep stats and numbers to corporate liking. Huge wastes of money on useless initiatives but wont spend on projects that will increase health or safety of employees. Office buildings crawling in bugs and rodents, floors rotting out under them but brand new HD TV's in the managers offices and billboards at gates.
