      Worked with a great team with strong individuals. Received commission and an hourly employee.

      A bit disorganized. Company needs to hire more people in order to make the tight deadlines they set for projects.

      Pros

      When I first joined Newmark in 2021 I could not have been more happy with the company, my manager, leadership, compensation, growth, and opportunities

      Cons

      The company made the decision to replace US based workers with employees based in Mexico so that they could offer lower wages. It was extremely disappointing to find that after almost five years with the company that I would be replaced by employees who could afford to accept lower wages.
