      Good company all in all. Management and training were excellent, fun group of folks to work with day in and day out

      Cons

      The work life balance is tough. Working very long hours for not much compensation while managing needs of the entire office.

      Pros

      When I first joined Newmark in 2021 I could not have been more happy with the company, my manager, leadership, compensation, growth, and opportunities

      Cons

      The company made the decision to replace US based workers with employees based in Mexico so that they could offer lower wages. It was extremely disappointing to find that after almost five years with the company that I would be replaced by employees who could afford to accept lower wages.
