      I am assigned to a good location and company so its good.

      Cons

      HR and Time submission are the worst. Bonuses are typically late. No access to Newmark email because I am contingent to another company via newmark. It makes password access and use incredibly frustrating and difficult.

      Pros

      When I first joined Newmark in 2021 I could not have been more happy with the company, my manager, leadership, compensation, growth, and opportunities

      Cons

      The company made the decision to replace US based workers with employees based in Mexico so that they could offer lower wages. It was extremely disappointing to find that after almost five years with the company that I would be replaced by employees who could afford to accept lower wages.
