Pros
Everyone in the marketing department was nice. Easy access to executive level to have ideas pushed forward. They were moving to a really nice office but no idea if that plan moved forward.
Cons
Broker attitudes boiled between them and their employees, it never spilled into marketing, but it wasn't unnoticed. Diversity is non-existent in management and up positions, this is especially prevalent in their covid-19 layoffs where lower tier employees were laid off first, which is where the majority of POC in the company worked. The pay was low for a marketing position being located in the most expensive area of Atlanta. Remote work was not an option until forced to do so, which even then was poorly set up. I never saw anyone being friends outside of the office, they said when I interviewed that they liked their coworkers and that is was like a family, but not really.
